Worried About Bruising?

No need to hide after injectable treatments if you follow our pre-treatment tips!

All injectable treatments (Botox & Fillers) come with the risk of bruising. See below for tips for you to do before your injectable treatments to help minimize bruising:

—Avoid NSAIDS for 3-7 days before treatment (like Motrin, Ibuprofen)

—No alcohol 1-2 days before treatment

—Unless prescribed by your doctor, avoid Aspiring for 3-7 days before treatment

—Take Oral Arnica Montana for 3-5 days before treatment: 4 tablets 4 times a day

Do not use Arnica if you have active heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or are taking Coumadin, Lovenox, Heparin, or xeralto. If you have a medical condition that affects clotting or are on a medication which affects bloods clotting, you must get your primary care doctor’s approval before taking arnica.
