From the South:

Take 87N to exit 18
Turn right onto Main Street (Rt 28)
Continue onto Broad Street (bear left at light at Stewarts)
Slight left onto South Street
South Street crosses Rt 9 (Glen Street) turns slightly left and becomes Bay Street
Turn Right onto E. Washington Street
Garcia Plastic & Hand Surgery is on the right
Enter the side of the building near the blue bench, just below the "15 Washington" sign on building

From 87 North:

Take 87S to exit 18
Turn left onto Main Street (RT 28)
Follow Directions above from Main Street

Locally From Hudson Falls and East:

Take River Street (Rt 254) towards Glens Falls
Continue onto Warren Street (Rt 32)
At traffic circle, take 1st exit onto Ridge Street
Turn Left onto E Washington Street (behind Queensbury Hotel)
Garcia Plastic & Hand Surgery will be on the left

Locally From Queensbury and North:

Take Ridge Street towards Glens Falls
Turn Right onto E. Washington (at Rite Aide)
Garcia Plastic & Hand Surgery will be on the left
